Appointment Times
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment to check-in, relax and prepare. Arriving late may deprive you of valuable treatment time, as all appointments must end on time to ensure our next guest’s appointment begins on schedule. If you arrive later than 15 minutes to your appointment, you may need to be rescheduled and be subject to a re-cancellation fee of $50.00.

Please be sure to inform your service provider if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart ailments, liver problems or any condition that may be contraindicated by your selected treatment.

Scheduling Appointments
Due to the high demand for IFR body wrap appointments, we suggest making appointments as far in advance as possible. Please note, a credit card is required to schedule an appointment, this applies to “daily deal” clients as well.

Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24-hours prior to your appointment to avoid being subjected to a $50.00 fee.

In order for everyone to experience a calm, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, all cell phones must remain off. Thank you for respecting that Shape Body Center is a smoke free facility.

Payment /Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. Treatment prices do not include gratuity. Gratuities are appreciated. We accept all major credit cards, except for American Express. We do not accept any personal or traveler’s checks. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking through our convenient online scheduling application. There is a product service charge of $18 per session added to all packaged sessions.

Shape Body Center is open to adults aged 18 and older. Children are not allowed. To follow safety regulations, outside food and/or alcohol are not allowed in the spa facility.

Can I bring my child/children to my appointment?

We love kids, but Shape Body Center is not a safe place for young children (hot objects, sharp objects, and our lift tables can all pose hazards, and our employees cannot supervise) and frankly, we’re a very boring place for young children so we ask that they not accompany you to your appointment both for their comfort and for the comfort of other guests.

The presence of a child or children in sessions

We have found that the presence of a child during a session (when the child is not a client) is very distracting for you and your technician. For these reasons, we recommend not bringing your children to your appointment.

Can I bring my child/children if they stay in the waiting area?

No. We do not have the staff or facilities to care for unattended children in the waiting area. Children may remain in the waiting area if an older child (12+) or an adult will remain with them and assume responsibility for their care. If the child or children are not well-behaved or if they disturb other clients or our office staff, their parent will be contacted in session and asked to resume responsibility for their care.
